  • All sales are FINAL. No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges.

  • A minimum non-refundable deposit of $40.00 is required for each piece of equipment left for diagnosis/estimate/repair. Deposit fees vary depending on the equipment. This deposit will be applied to the total bill due at the completion of the repair.

  • If the customer chooses not to have a repair completed upon discussion of an estimate, the customer’s equipment will be left disassembled. If the customer wishes to have it reassembled, there will be an additional charge based on the time necessary to reassemble the machine.

  • Customers who wish to pick up their equipment before repairs are completed will be responsible for all labor and parts costs, including parts that have been ordered and have not yet arrived.

  • If a unit has been diagnosed, the estimate declined, and left disassembled, the customer must pick up the unit within 7 days from the given estimate date, or the unit will be considered abandoned and the machine will be disposed of.

  • Due to the volume of equipment that is processed by our facility, we must insist that the customer pickup the completed repair within 7 days of notification of completion, or storage fees will be applied. Storage charges will begin after the seventh day at the rate of $3.00 per day, including Sundays. Lomita Mower & Saw Shop is not responsible for equipment or items not picked up within 30 days from the date it was brought in, nor for loss by fire or theft. Equipment or items not picked up within 30 days from the date it was brought in will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Lomita Mower & Saw Shop.
